💰 Pricing & free broker route
How much does VIP access cost?+
VIP access costs 99 US dollars per month, paid by cryptocurrency through our secure crypto checkout. There is no contract and no auto-charge — you renew each month by paying a new invoice, and access simply lapses if you choose not to.
Alternatively, VIP access is completely free if you open an account with one of our partner brokers through our link and keep at least 250 US dollars in it. Both routes get identical signals at the same time.
Full details and a side-by-side comparison are on /pricing. Refund terms are at /legal/refund-policy — in short, all sales are final apart from duplicate payments and total non-delivery.
How does the free broker route work?+
Instead of paying 99 US dollars per month, you can get VIP access free:
1. Open a live account with Exness, XM, IC Markets, or Vantage using your personal link from your dashboard (the rules live at /vip-via-broker).
2. Deposit and maintain at least 250 US dollars in that account.
3. Submit your broker account number on the Site so we can verify it was opened under our introducing (IB) link.
Once verified, you get the website feed and the private Telegram VIP group at no charge, for as long as the balance stays at 250 US dollars or more. The broker pays us a commission on your trading — that is what replaces the subscription fee, and we disclose it openly at /legal/affiliate-disclosure. Existing broker accounts usually cannot be re-tagged to our link, so a new account is normally required.
What happens if my broker balance drops below $250?+
Nothing dramatic happens the moment you dip under the threshold. We allow a short grace period so a losing trade or a withdrawal does not instantly cut you off — you will get a warning by email and on your dashboard.
If the balance is not restored to at least 250 US dollars by the end of the grace period, your free access lapses and you are removed from the Telegram VIP group automatically. Nothing is deleted: top your broker account back up (or start a paid subscription at /pricing) and your access resumes.
The threshold is checked against the qualifying account opened under our broker link, not across all your accounts.
Which brokers can I use, and can I use my existing account?+
The free route works with four partner brokers: Exness, XM, IC Markets, and Vantage. The broker list and rules are on /vip-via-broker; your personal tracking link is generated in your dashboard. Pick whichever is available and regulated for your country — we do not push one over another, and their pricing and account types differ, so compare before depositing.
An existing account at those brokers normally does not qualify, because brokers rarely allow an account to be re-tagged to a new introducing link. The standard fix is opening a fresh account under our link, which most brokers allow alongside your existing one.
If you would rather stay with a broker we have no relationship with, that is completely fine — the 99 US dollars per month subscription has no broker requirement and delivers identical signals.
📈 Signals & delivery
How many signals do you send per day?+
There is no fixed number, and we are deliberate about not promising one. VIP access includes unlimited gold (XAU/USD) signals — meaning we never cap what you receive — but we only publish setups that meet our criteria. On active days that can be several signals; on quiet or erratic days it may be one or none.
We think this is the honest way to run a signal service. A team that guarantees, say, five signals every day has to invent trades on days the market offers nothing worth taking.
Every signal we do send includes an exact entry, stop loss, and take profit, and every outcome is logged publicly at /signals/history so you can see real frequency for yourself before subscribing.
Can I see your losing signals?+
Yes — all of them. Every signal we publish is tracked to its outcome and posted at /signals/history, wins and losses alike. Nothing is edited or quietly removed after the fact.
Losses are a normal part of any real trading strategy; a signal provider that shows you only winners is hiding half the record. We would rather you judge us on the complete history, including our bad weeks, before you pay anything.
One honest caveat: these are tracked signal outcomes — whether price hit our published entry, stop, or target — not audited account returns. Your own results will differ with your broker's spread, your timing, and your position sizing. The full explanation is at /legal/disclaimer.
What does a signal include, and how is it delivered?+
Every signal is a complete trade plan, not a vague call. You get:
- The instrument and direction — always gold (XAU/USD), for example XAUUSD sell at 3312.50
- An exact entry price or entry zone
- A defined stop loss — always
- One or more take profit levels
- Follow-up updates if we move the stop, take partial profit, or close early
Gold is quoted to 2 decimals, and 1 pip is $0.10 of price movement. Signals are published simultaneously on the website signal feed and in the private Telegram VIP group, so you can follow whichever is more convenient. Telegram is usually the fastest way to get them on your phone.
We never send signals without a stop loss, and we never ask you to "trust the trade". Risk per trade and position sizing remain your decision — see /legal/risk-disclosure.
Do you only trade gold? Which instruments and sessions do you cover?+
Yes — every signal we publish is on gold (XAU/USD), and nothing else. No forex currency pairs, no indices, no crypto signals. That is a deliberate specialisation: one market, mastered. Gold is deep, liquid, and trades nearly 24 hours a day, five days a week, and focusing on a single instrument keeps the analysis sharp and every published result directly comparable.
Most signals are intraday and cluster around the London and New York sessions, when gold's volatility and liquidity are highest. Asian-session signals happen but are less frequent. Times shown on the Site are UTC; Telegram messages arrive in your local time.
If you are looking for EURUSD or index signals, we are honestly not the service for you — we would rather master one market than dabble in twenty. The full log at /signals/history shows every gold call we have made, which is more useful than any promise here.
🤝 Account Management
How does Account Management work?+
Our team trades your own broker account for you under a signed agreement. You do not send us your money — the account, the funds, and the withdrawals stay entirely yours.
The commercial terms are simple:
- Profit share: a flat 50% of realized profit
- Minimum advance: 200 US dollars, held as prepaid service credit
- Settlement: pay-as-you-go — our share is drawn from your credit as profits are realized
There are no fixed monthly fees and no charges on losing periods; we earn only from profits above your starting point. Trading involves real risk of loss, and no return is guaranteed. Details and the application form are at /services/account-management.
Do you take control of my money?+
No. This is the most important design decision in the service: your funds never touch our hands.
- The account stays in your name, at your broker
- You keep the master password — we receive only the access needed to place trades
- You alone can deposit and withdraw; we cannot move money out of your account
- You can change the password and end our access at any moment, for any reason
If anyone claiming to represent us ever asks for your master password, your card details, or a transfer to a personal wallet, it is a scam — report it to support@viptradesignal.com immediately. The signed agreement at /services/account-management spells out exactly what access we get and what we can never do.
What do I need to start, and what are the risks?+
To start you need three things: a broker account in your own name, a minimum advance of 200 US dollars paid as prepaid service credit, and a signed management agreement.
There is no minimum account size beyond your broker's own requirements, but very small accounts leave little room for sensible risk management — we will tell you honestly during review if we think your balance is not workable.
On risk: managed trading is still trading. Losing periods happen, drawdowns happen, and no outcome is guaranteed — anyone promising otherwise is lying to you. Read /legal/risk-disclosure before applying, and only trade capital you can afford to lose.
How do I apply, and how long does setup take?+
Apply through the form at /services/account-management. The process is:
1. Submit the application with your broker, account size, and goals
2. We review and reply within 2 business days — sometimes with questions, sometimes with a no if we do not think we can help
3. If accepted, you receive the management agreement to sign electronically
4. You pay the advance (minimum 200 US dollars) via our secure crypto checkout and grant trading access
5. Trading normally begins within 1 to 3 business days of everything being in place
You can pause or end the engagement whenever you want. Unused advance is refundable minus fees already earned for work performed — see /legal/refund-policy for the exact mechanics.
🛟 Drawdown rescue
What is the Drawdown Management service?+
It is a rescue engagement for traders stuck with a large floating drawdown — open positions deep underwater that they can neither hold comfortably nor bring themselves to close.
Our team takes over trading on your account under a signed agreement and works to reduce and recover the drawdown through structured position management. The service is designed for accounts carrying roughly 5,000 to 10,000 US dollars of floating drawdown; outside that range, talk to us first and we will tell you honestly whether the approach fits.
As with Account Management, your funds stay in your own broker account — you keep custody, withdrawals, and your master password throughout. Details and the assessment form are at /services/drawdown-management. Recovery is genuinely not guaranteed; see the next answers before applying.
How is the recovery fee calculated?+
Before any trading starts, we jointly record the Engagement Baseline — your account's equity high-water mark at the moment the engagement begins, agreed and documented by both sides so there is no later dispute about the starting line.
Our fee is 50% of recovered profit above that Engagement Baseline, and nothing below it. If equity never rises above the baseline, no recovery fee is earned. The fee settles pay-as-you-go against a prepaid advance you place as service credit before work begins.
Yes, 50% is a high share — deliberately. Recovery work on a damaged account is the hardest, riskiest trading there is, and the fee only exists if we actually move you above the recorded baseline. The signed agreement at /services/drawdown-management defines every term precisely.
Is recovery guaranteed?+
No. Absolutely not — and please be suspicious of anyone in this industry who tells you otherwise.
A recovery engagement means trading an already-damaged account in live markets. Sometimes we recover the drawdown fully. Sometimes partially. And sometimes the market moves against the recovery plan and the account loses further value — up to and including a total loss of the remaining equity.
We accept engagements only where we believe a recovery attempt is realistic, and we will decline your case and say so if we do not. But belief is not a guarantee, and we will never dress it up as one. Before engaging, read /legal/risk-disclosure, understand that the fee structure pays us only for actual recovery above the baseline, and decide with clear eyes.
How do the advance and pause-resume work?+
The engagement runs on a prepaid advance: you place service credit up front via our secure crypto checkout, and our 50% share of recovered profit is deducted from it as recovery is realized. When the credit runs low, you top it up to continue; we never bill you retroactively.
Pause-resume is built in. You can pause the engagement at any point — for example, to reassess after a recovery phase or if your circumstances change. While paused, we stop opening new positions and your unused advance simply sits as credit until you resume. If you end the engagement entirely, the unused advance is refundable minus fees already earned for work performed, per /legal/refund-policy.
Everything — baseline, advance, pause terms — is recorded in the signed agreement before we touch the account.
🪙 Payments & crypto
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cryptocurrency only — no cards, no PayPal, no bank transfers. At checkout you get a hosted invoice from our secure crypto checkout supporting 300+ cryptocurrencies, including USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH on their common networks.
The flow is simple: pick your coin, send the exact amount shown to the address on the invoice before it expires, and your access activates automatically once the network confirms the payment — usually within minutes for stablecoins.
Why crypto only? It works identically in every country we serve, settles fast, and needs no card details from you. The trade-off is that crypto payments are irreversible, so double-check the amount, currency, and network before sending. Refund terms are at /legal/refund-policy.
What is your refund policy?+
All sales are final, with exactly two exceptions:
1. Duplicate payment — you accidentally paid the same order twice
2. Total non-delivery — you paid and received nothing at all, and the failure was on our side
Both must be reported within 7 days of payment via a support ticket with your invoice ID and transaction hash. Approved refunds are paid in the original cryptocurrency at the current market rate, minus network fees.
Cancelling a subscription stops the next cycle only — no pro-rata refunds for time already paid. Service advances for Account Management and Drawdown Management are different: they are prepaid credits, and the unused portion is refundable minus fees for work already performed. The full policy is at /legal/refund-policy.
I paid but my access has not activated. What now?+
Most of the time this is just blockchain confirmation lag. Networks need a certain number of confirmations before our checkout marks the invoice paid — stablecoins on fast networks usually clear in minutes, but BTC or a congested network can take an hour or more. Your invoice page shows live status.
If it has been more than 2 hours:
1. Check you sent the exact amount to the exact address, in the currency and network the invoice specified
2. Find your transaction hash in your wallet
3. Open a ticket at /dashboard/tickets/new with the invoice ID and that hash
We can locate and credit most payments quickly from the hash. Payments sent on a wrong network or to an expired invoice are harder — we attempt recovery on a best-effort basis, but cannot promise it.
I sent slightly less than the invoice amount. What happens?+
This usually happens when a wallet or exchange deducts its withdrawal fee from the amount you entered, so the invoice receives a little less than it asked for. The checkout will show the invoice as partially paid rather than complete, and access will not activate yet.
The fix is simple: the invoice page shows the exact remaining balance — send a second transaction for that remaining amount, in the same currency and on the same network, before the invoice expires. Once the total is covered, activation is automatic.
If the invoice expired before you could top it up, do not send more money. Open a ticket at /dashboard/tickets/new with your invoice ID and transaction hashes, and we will apply what you sent to a fresh invoice manually.
✈️ Telegram access
How do I join the Telegram VIP group?+
Once your access is active — either a paid subscription or a verified broker route account — go to your dashboard and connect your Telegram. The Site links your Telegram numeric ID to your account and issues a one-time invitation to the private VIP group.
Two things to know:
1. The invitation is personal. It is tied to your Telegram account and will not work for anyone else, so there is no point forwarding it.
2. We never DM you first. Beware of impersonators: our team will never message you out of the blue offering deals, asking for payments to a wallet address, or requesting passwords.
If the invitation does not arrive within a few minutes of connecting, reconnect from /dashboard/telegram — that fixes most cases instantly.
Why was I removed from the Telegram group?+
Removal is automatic and almost always means your eligibility lapsed. The group checks continuously that every member has either an active paid subscription or a verified broker account holding at least 250 US dollars. When neither is true — a subscription expired unpaid, or a broker balance stayed under the threshold past its grace period — the system removes the member. It is not personal, and no human singled you out.
The other cause is a Terms breach, most commonly forwarding or reselling signals, which leads to permanent removal without refund.
If it was a lapse, fixing the cause fixes the access: renew at /pricing or top your broker balance back up, and then reconnect via your dashboard. Your account history and settings are all still there.
I changed my Telegram account. How do I reconnect?+
Your group membership is tied to the Telegram numeric ID stored on your account, so a new Telegram account (or a deleted-and-recreated one, which gets a new ID) will not be recognized until you update it.
To reconnect:
1. Log in to the Site and open your dashboard
2. Disconnect the old Telegram link
3. Connect again from the device with your new Telegram account
4. A fresh personal invitation is issued automatically
Changing your phone number inside the same Telegram account does not change the numeric ID, so in that case nothing needs updating. If the reconnect flow errors out — usually because the old session is stale — open a ticket at /dashboard/tickets/new and we will reset the link from our side.
Can I share signals with a friend or my own group?+
No. Signals are licensed for your personal use only. Forwarding them to friends, posting them in other groups or channels, reselling them, or feeding them into copy services or bots is prohibited under our Terms of Service — and it is the one rule we enforce without warnings: redistribution means permanent removal, no refund.
We are direct about why. The service is funded by subscriptions and broker partnerships; leaked signals undermine the people who pay fairly for it, and forwarded signals stripped of their updates and context regularly get strangers hurt.
If your friend wants the signals, the honest path is cheap or free: 99 US dollars a month, or zero via the broker route at /pricing. One membership covers one person.
🧑💻 My account & support
Is this investment advice?+
No. Everything we publish — signals, commentary, videos, and support answers — is general information and education. It is not investment advice, and it is not tailored to your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, which we do not know.
We are not a registered investment advisor with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, or any other regulator in any jurisdiction, and no advisor-client relationship is created by subscribing or joining our Telegram group. If you need personal financial advice, that must come from someone licensed in your country.
Practically, this means every trade you place from our signals is your own decision and your own risk. We show our full track record at /signals/history so that decision is an informed one. The formal versions live at /legal/disclaimer and /legal/regulatory-notice.
Who cannot use this service?+
Our services are not available to:
- US persons — citizens (anywhere in the world), residents, and green card holders
- Residents of Canada
- Anyone located in sanctioned jurisdictions, including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, DNR, and LNR regions
- Anyone under 18
These are regulatory and sanctions restrictions, not business preferences, so we cannot make exceptions — please do not ask support to look the other way, and do not use a VPN to misrepresent your location, as accounts found to be ineligible are closed under our Terms.
You are also responsible for checking that signal services are legal in your own country before subscribing. The complete list and legal background are at /legal/regulatory-notice.
How do I contact support, and how fast do you reply?+
Two channels:
1. Support tickets — open one from /dashboard/tickets/new. This is the right channel for anything involving payments, broker verification, or account access, because tickets link directly to your records.
2. Email — support@viptradesignal.com if you cannot log in.
We aim to answer within 24 hours, and payment or access-blocking issues are prioritized ahead of general questions. Complex cases (broker verification, payment recovery) can take longer because we often wait on third parties, but you will always be told what is happening.
One caution: we never reach out first on Telegram, and staff never ask for your master password or payments to a personal wallet. Anyone doing that is an impersonator — report them via a ticket.
How do I cancel or renew my subscription?+
Because payments are manual crypto invoices, there is no auto-charge to worry about — you are always in control.
To renew: your dashboard shows your expiry date, and we email a renewal invoice before it. Pay it any time before expiry and the new cycle stacks onto your remaining days, so renewing early never costs you time. You can also renew from /pricing.
To cancel: simply do not pay the next invoice. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid, then stops, and Telegram removal is automatic. Cancellation affects the next cycle only — there are no pro-rata refunds for the current one, per /legal/refund-policy.
Coming back later is painless: pay a new invoice and reconnect Telegram from your dashboard. Your history stays intact.
🏢 Company & contact
Who is behind VIP Trade Signal?+
VIP Trade Signal is the brand of Vip Trade Signal — VTS, a company registered in the United Kingdom at 27 Old Gloucester St, London WC1N 3AX.
We are a gold (XAU/USD) signals and account-services business — we are not a broker, and not a registered investment advisor or portfolio manager (see /legal/regulatory-notice). Rather than sell you a story about the team, we let the record speak: every closed signal is published at /signals/history, wins and losses alike.
What is your address, phone number and email?+
Our registered address is 27 Old Gloucester St, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Phone: +44 7448 651606. Email: support@viptradesignal.com — everything is also on /contact.
Please note the address is a registered business address, not a walk-in office, and the phone line is not a staffed 24/7 desk. The fastest way to get help is a support ticket from /dashboard/tickets/new — those link straight to your account records, and we aim to answer within 24 hours.
How do I know VIP Trade Signal is legitimate?+
Judge us by the record, not the marketing: every signal we have ever closed is public at /signals/history — wins and losses, never deleted. We publish our company name (Vip Trade Signal — VTS), a UK registered address, a phone number and a support email, and our fees and risks are spelled out in plain language across the site.
Just as important: we only publish signals on this website and in our one private Telegram VIP group. We never DM first, never sell through other channels, and never ask for your master password or payments to a personal wallet. Anyone doing that is an impersonator — report them via a ticket.
Still stuck?
The chat assistant in the corner answers most of these instantly, and can open a support ticket for you if it can't. Contact options →
