Vip Trade Signal — VTS, 27 Old Gloucester St, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Phone: +44 7448 651606.

1. The Short Version

We earn money from partner brokers. When you open a trading account through one of our introducing broker (IB) links and trade on it, the broker pays us a commission. That commission is the reason we can offer VIP signal access free of charge to traders who use the broker route. This page explains the arrangement plainly, including the conflict of interest it creates, so you can make an informed choice.

2. Our Partner Brokers

  1. We currently maintain IB or affiliate relationships with Exness, XM, IC Markets, and Vantage.
  2. When you register through our link, the broker tags your account to our IB code. From then on, the broker pays us a share of the spread or a volume-based commission on the trades you place. Exact structures vary by broker, account type, and instrument.
  3. These payments come out of the broker's revenue. Our understanding is that referred clients trade on the broker's standard published pricing for the account type chosen; we do not add markups. You should still compare account types and confirm current pricing directly with the broker before depositing.

3. Why the Broker Route Is Free

Running a signal business costs money. We cover those costs in one of two ways, and you choose which:

  1. Direct subscription: you pay 99 US dollars per month and owe us nothing else. No broker requirement applies.
  2. Broker route: you open an account with a partner broker through our IB link, keep at least 250 US dollars in it, and pay us nothing. The broker commissions on your trading replace the subscription fee.

Both routes receive exactly the same signals, at the same time, in the same Telegram group and website feed. There is no premium tier hidden behind either option.

4. The Conflict of Interest, Stated Plainly

  1. Because broker commissions depend on trading volume, we earn more when referred clients trade more. That gives us a financial incentive to encourage frequent trading — an incentive that could conflict with your interest in trading selectively and well.
  2. How we limit that conflict: we publish every signal outcome, wins and losses alike, at /signals/history; we do not set volume targets for subscribers or pressure anyone to trade every signal; our signal criteria are the same regardless of how subscribers access the service; and the paid subscription exists precisely so that nobody is forced through the broker route.
  3. You should assume that every broker link on this Site is a commercial link that pays us.

5. What We Do Not Control

  1. Partner brokers are independent companies. We do not control their pricing, execution, platform uptime, bonus terms, withdrawal processing, or regulatory arrangements, and we do not accept responsibility for them.
  2. An IB relationship is not an endorsement of every aspect of a broker's business, and it is not a guarantee of your experience. Verify a broker's regulation and terms for your country before depositing.
  3. Broker availability differs by jurisdiction; a partner broker may decline applicants from your country under its own policies.

6. Compensation Beyond Brokers

  1. We do not currently run third-party display advertising, sell sponsored posts, or accept payment for reviews.
  2. If we ever add other compensated links or sponsorships, we will mark them clearly where they appear and update this disclosure first.
  3. Testimonials on this Site are not paid unless expressly labeled as such.

7. What This Means for You

  1. Using our broker links never increases the price you pay the broker beyond its standard published pricing for your chosen account type, based on the arrangements we have with partners.
  2. You are always free to use any broker you like. If you prefer a broker we have no relationship with, the paid subscription gives you identical access with no broker requirement at all.
  3. The choice between the two routes is purely financial: 99 US dollars per month, or a maintained 250 US dollar balance at a partner broker whose commissions fund your access.

8. Regulatory Context

This disclosure is provided in the spirit of honest advertising standards, including the principles behind the US FTC's endorsement guides. It should be read together with our Regulatory Notice, Risk Disclosure, and Terms of Service. Nothing in it changes the fundamental warning that leveraged trading is high risk and that most retail accounts lose money.
