1. Purpose of This Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure explains the significant risks of trading foreign exchange (forex) and other leveraged products, and the risks of using any service offered on viptradesignal.com, including VIP trading signals, the Account Management service, and the Drawdown Management service. Read it in full before you subscribe, open a broker account through our links, or engage any service. If anything here is unclear, contact support before you pay.

2. High-Risk Warning

  1. Trading leveraged forex and contracts for difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Industry and regulator data consistently show that 70–85% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading leveraged products.
  2. You can lose some or all of your deposited capital. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, including borrowed funds, rent, savings earmarked for essentials, or emergency reserves.
  3. No signal service, manager, or recovery strategy removes these risks. Our services change how decisions are made; they do not change what markets can do.

3. Leverage Risk

  1. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A relatively small market movement can produce a proportionally much larger movement in the value of your position, against you as well as for you.
  2. Depending on your broker and account settings, losses can consume your entire account balance quickly. Margin calls and automatic stop-outs can close positions at unfavorable prices during fast markets.

4. No Guarantee of Profit

  1. We do not guarantee profits, win rates, monthly returns, or any specific outcome — for signals, for managed accounts, or for drawdown recovery engagements.
  2. Past performance, whether real or simulated, is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market conditions change, and strategies that performed well historically can perform poorly in the future.

5. Nature of Our Published Results

  1. The results published on this website are tracked signal outcomes: for each published signal we record whether the market reached the stated entry, stop loss, or take profit levels, based on our data feed and timestamps.
  2. Tracked signal outcomes are not audited account returns. They do not reflect spreads, commissions, swap charges, slippage, execution delays, requotes, partial fills, or your position sizing. Your real results will differ from published signal outcomes, sometimes materially, even if you follow every signal.
  3. Where any performance figure could be considered hypothetical or simulated, the limitations described in our Disclaimer (including the CFTC Rule 4.41 notice) apply.

6. Drawdown and Total Loss Risk

  1. Trading accounts can experience deep and extended drawdowns. Equity can decline to zero. Positions can be liquidated by the broker without notice when margin requirements are not met.
  2. Our Drawdown Management service attempts to recover accounts already in significant floating drawdown. Recovery can fail. Working on an account in drawdown can accelerate losses instead of reversing them. Engaging the service does not guarantee any outcome, and you may still lose the entire account. Do not engage the service with the expectation of a guaranteed rescue.

7. Execution and Technology Risk

  1. Signals are delivered through this website and a private Telegram group. Delivery can be delayed or interrupted by internet outages, Telegram service disruptions, hosting failures, or other technical issues outside our control.
  2. Markets can move between the moment a signal is published and the moment you act on it. You are responsible for deciding whether a signal is still valid when you see it.

8. Third-Party Broker Risk

  1. We are not a broker and we never hold your trading funds. Accounts opened through our introducing links are held with independent third-party brokers under their own terms, regulation, and jurisdictional protections (or lack of them).
  2. Broker insolvency, platform outages, pricing anomalies, and withdrawal processing issues are risks between you and your broker. Choose your broker carefully and understand its regulatory status.

9. Not Investment Advice

Everything we publish — signals, commentary, videos, educational material, and support responses — is general information and education. It is not investment advice, is not personalized to your situation, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a registered investment advisor with any regulator in any jurisdiction. If you need personal financial advice, consult a licensed professional in your country.

10. Your Acknowledgment

By using this website or any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you are trading entirely at your own risk, and that you accept full responsibility for every trading decision made on your accounts.
